Incentive Destinations: The Cayman Islands

Located in the Caribbean the Cayman Islands consist of 3 islands southwest of Jamaica. Grand Cayman is the largest of 3 of the Cayman Islands which also include Cayman Brac and Little Cayman.

Batabanom, a traditional Caribbean carnival, takes place in early May every year. It features colorful costumes, music, parades and, of course, tasty treats.

The Cayman Islands are the location of the annual Pirates Week Festival in early to mid-November. Activities include a pirate invasion in which the Governor is captured, Heritage Days, a bonfire, barbecues and fireworks. Some of the residents go all out with really authentic pirate costumes.
