The Delano Las Vegas made its debut September 2, on the Las Vegas Strip. Executives and employees of MGM Resorts International and Morgans Hotel Group gathered to officially open the new non-smoking, non-gaming hotel.
The all-suite property will comprise of 1,117 guestrooms with each one-bedroom suite featuring a private bedroom and a spa-style bath. Each room will also have a 46″ flat-screen TV, wet bar, its own powder room and an adjoining living room. Delano Las Vegas also features Panoramic Suites, Delano Penthouse Suites and the Delano Penthouse Lofts.
Business travelers will be able to utilize the 20,000 square feet of meeting space within the tower. Guests looking for a casual setting for their business meetings can use the tower’s 1,257-square-foot Sage Living Room. In total there are 31 meeting rooms and four boardrooms. An additional 16,000 square feet of space for breakfast and lunch meetings is located on the top floor with views of the Las Vegas Strip.
