The International Special Events Society (ISES) has pledged to do more to help nurture the next generation of creative talent in the industry.
Leading figures from the UK events sector came together on 27 February 2104 for the second ISES E20 event, to debate how the industry can create creative people.
Those at the summit, 20 representatives from experiential, exhibition, live events, agencies, associations, conference specialists, education and venues, agreed it was vital to ask candidates to demonstrate creativity as part of the recruitment process to help the industry compete with the wider creative sector.
