Canadian Event Planners to Connect in Toronto

In Delivering Value for Canada’s Tourism Businesses Through Innovation and Efficiency, the 2012 annual report for  the Canadian Tourism Commission (CTC), the pivotal role of the Canadian meetings and events industry was highlighted. Specifically, the meetings and conventions industry attracts about 2 million annual visitors to Canada generating $1.8 billion dollars.

Over the next few weeks, there will be a number of opportunities for event planners and hospitality industry professionals in Canada to connect in Toronto, network, learn and celebrate the industry’s contributions and success.

Canadian Special Events Expo14 #CSEEXPO14 (March 25 – 27, 2014)

First, the kick off for Canadian Special Events Expo14 (CSE Expo14) will take place with an opening night party at Sony Centre for the Performing Arts on March 25th from 5:00 – 8:00. The next morning, a full day devoted to event design will begin with IdeaFest, exploring the hottest event and entertainment trends of 2014.
