Blackpool to host three major business events in May

Blackpool will welcome more than 7,000 delegates for a series of business events across a 10-day period next month.

The Union of Shop, Distributive and Allied Workers (USDAW), the National Federation of Young Farmers and the Royal Air Force Association will hold their annual conferences in Blackpool next month.

The USDAW conference will take place on 4-8 May and is expected to attract more than 1,500 delegates.

Some 4,000 delegates will attend the National Federation of Young Farmers conference, which takes place a day later – from 9-12 May.

The Royal Air Force Association’s annual conference will take place from 16-19 May and will bring a further 800 delegates to the town.
