Attending the tour were representatives of Impressario, Event Crafter, EMG, Touchwood, Momentum, Vivah Dreamz, Event Network, E Factor and Mapsor. The tour was managed by Prasang Events & Entertainment, which is the official consultant to Phoenicia Beirut.

After arriving in Dubai from Delhi and Mumbai, they departed for Beirut where they were transferred to Phoenicia Intercontinental. Follwoing the group welcome and check-ins, the night saw a cocktails dinner. The tour started next day and saw the group visiting numerous places like Al Mandaloun, Carthage, Beirut Music Hall, Al Bahr, Café Mondo, Pigeons Rock, National Museum, Zaitunay Waterfront and Beirut City Center Solidere.

They also had Elyssar discussions, Q&A sessions and presentations by Beirut’s suppliers. They proceeded to tour other parts of the country as well, including Mount Lebanon, Jeita Grotto, Byblos (Jbeil), Crusaders’ Castle, Phoenician temples, Roman theatre, Royal Necropolis and Casino Du Liban.
