Welcome to Talents & Productions, the leading international corporate entertainment agency based in the Principality of Monaco.

Our mission is to discover and promote unique, unusual and powerful performing arts, producing unforgettable shows and acts for clients around the globe.

Founded in 2004 by Alexandre Hourdequin, our agency has rapidly become the go-to source for talented visual performers, including circus acts, variety performers, and cutting-edge event entertainers.

With representation for over 8 000 artists, Talents & Productions is proud to work on more than 250 projects every year.

Our portfolio includes prestigious projects such as producing the French President’s Christmas show at the Elysée Palace for three consecutive years, collaborating on the Paralympic Games ceremony in Sochi, and serving as artistic consultant for CCTV in China and ShowTV in Turkey. We have organized touring shows in India, collaborated with Cirque du Soleil on unique event shows, and sent out performers to events in 79 countries.

At Talents & Productions, we are also creators of artistic concepts and of course exclusive agents for several performers, such as the Glue & Glitters Show, Pixisme which uses Rubik’s cubes to create piece of art, the Champagne Dress on Stilts, and The Flying Balloon to name a few.

Moreover, in collaboration with Limelight, a French company, Talents & Productions has recently produced its own immersive experience: Les Lumières Légendaires. This exhibition of giant lanterns, showcased in some of the most famous parks across the biggest French cities like Bordeaux, Marseille, and Le Mans, provides an immersive night-time walk through two collections: Animals and Le Monde Merveilleux des Couleurs.
