Delegates have begun arriving for the first-ever World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC) Asia Summit, held at the LOTTE Hotel in Seoul, South Korea.
Seoul is a megacity with a population of 10 million and the title of world’s largest city proper.
Skyscrapers and hotels tower over the bustling city streets, which are lined with vendors, small barbecue eateries, hole-in-the-wall snack spots, convenience stores and office blocks.
Seoul has a turbulent and tortured past; dating back over 2000 years, however, today this buzzing metropolis is considered a global technological and economic capital.
The LOTTE Hotel, where the Asia Summit will be held on the 10-11 September, is located at the core of the CBD, conveniently close to bus and rail links and popular city attractions.
