Novotel Barossa Valley Resort to introduce optimum service standards for Chinese visitors

The Novotel Barossa Valley Resort is Accor’s 50^th hotel in Australia to be accredited to the hotel group’s Optimum Service Standards for Chinese Visitation program, paving the way for the hotel to attract greater numbers of Chinese visitors to South Australia and the Barossa region.

Earlier this year, The South Australian Tourism Commission unveiled an ambitious plan to triple the number of Chinese visitors to the state from 18,000 to 57,000 by 2020 and fully capitalise on the emergence of this market said to be worth some $450 million to South Australia.
