Franca Sozzani, Vogue Italia Editor, and Matteo Renzi, Mayor of the city, revealed all the details about the Vogue Fashion’s Night Out 2013 in Florence in a press conference. The event, that will take place on 12th September, will be held in partnership with Visa.
Today, a press conference has been held by Vogue Italia EditorFranca Sozzani and Mayor Matteo Renzi, to present the comeback ofVogue Fashion’s Night Out in Florence on 12th September.
After the success of the debut in 2012, Florence confirms again its will to be one of the centers of Made in Italy, as it participates to the great night of fashion by Vogue for the second time.
Matteo Renzi, Mayor of Florence, said: “We are happy that Vogue Fashion’s Night Out is back in town. Last year, thousands of Florentine citizens and of tourists have attended the initiative, that enlivened the city center of Florence with a unique event, which mixed fashion and charity. We are sure that next September the city will react with enthusiasm and curiosity again”.
“We are particularly happy to bring back Vogue Fashion’s Night Out in Florence, as the city reacted with enthusiasm to the night last year” added Vogue Italia Editor Franca Sozzani. “We are proud to keep contributing to support the fashion market, which represents one of the most important economic field, especially for our Country. As it reached its fifth edition, the event is now a steady meeting for the cities, as it involves thousands of people. Besides, Vogue Fashion’s Night Out is also a chance to support concrete projects in favor of the cities and of the communities who host us”.
