Find the Right Berlin Venue in Just 3 Steps

The search for venues in Berlin is now even easier. The new Venue Finder at convention.visitBerlin.com, Berlin’s official conventions portal, suggests locations that meet the needs of conference, convention and meeting planners. This was announced today by the visitBerlin Berlin Convention Office (BCO) at IMEX America. The BCO website convention.visitBerlin.com was complete revamped as well.

Burkhard Kieker, CEO of visitBerlin, remarks: “The Venue Finder gives event planners a unique tool that quickly targets the right location for their next meeting in Berlin. We invite all IMEX America guests to visit us at the German Pavilion and test the Venue Finder and our new website.”
The Venue Finder is available in German and English and offers filters by “Hotel”, “Location” and “Service Partner”. The selection can also be restricted by other criteria such as available seating, room size or number of people. The Venue Finder has been optimised for display on all devices, including smartphones and tablets and can also be found online at venue-finder.visitBerlin.com.

New Website for Meeting Destination Berlin
The Venue Finder is one of several changes made to the convention.visitBerlin.com website. It has been completely redesigned in recent months and provides custom offers for the three main customer groups in the meeting and convention business.
The Service category, for example, lists all BCO offerings, including the free booking of blocks of hotel rooms. The Event Planning section presents incentive programmes on offer and the Meeting Guide Berlin is available for download.
