The Disney Institute hosted a training event for HR professionals and business managers at the Hilton London Wembley yesterday (11 November), organised by Benchmark Conference & Events.
The one-day event featured a full day of workshops on customer service for 190 HR professionals and managers from a range of UK businesses, including restaurants, breweries, hotels and holiday companies.
The Disney Institute is the professional development arm of The Walt Disney Company, which runs courses globally offering professionals in the private, public and social sectors an insight into the company and how it has built its reputation for customer service.
