A few nights ago, I had the pleasure of seeing the dinner that I had been planning for one of my company’s clients finally take shape. The beautiful beach setting reminded me that, when you want to dial up the wow factor for your last night at a tropical destination, there is nothing like ending a retreat or an incentive trip with an event on the beach. Fortunately, it’s possible to do this all over the world.
