Cannes’ Palais des Festivals in three-year refurbishment programme

Modernisation works at the Palais des Festivals et des Congres Cannes are ongoing, with plans to renovate the Grand Auditorium Louis Lumiere, including the installation of new lighting features.

Work on the exterior of the building began earlier this year, with further plans to replace the glass covering in the next year. New chairs are also expected to be replaced by summer 2014, while nine small auditoriums will also be upgraded.
