Bangalore Ranks as Top City in India for Business Travel

In all of India, Banaglore is the top business destination for business out of the top 25 most-visited cities in the world, Times of India is reporting. The city is ranked at No. 12 globally, followed by Mumbai at No. 20 in overnight hotel stays.

Bangalore was ranked 11 in 2011, but dropped a spot last year. The average spend also decreased from around $258 to around $227 in terms of lodging ground transport, dining, entertainment, according to a report on corporate travel and entertainment compiled by Concur. The spend data of nine countries, including the U.S., U.K., Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia and India, was analyzed.
