Asia events leaders to star at Summit

Buyers and suppliers prepare for in-town meeting at The Peninsula, Hong Kong

A prime opportunity for events industry professionals in Asia gets underway on Tuesday, November 12, when the CEI Summit welcomes buyers and suppliers to The Peninsula Hong Kong.

More than 20 buyers are attending the event, which will see a day of one-to-one meetings with suppliers.

Among the highlights will be teambuilding and presentations by leading figures in the creative events industry in Asia throughout the day. More CEI Summits are being planned for other cities in Asia in 2014.

In Hong Kong, Team Building Asia’s David Simpson will set the collaborative tone to the day with one of the agency’s musical teambuilding products.

Award-winning corporate events maestro Darren Kerr, formerly of Imagination and now running Factor168 Creative Events Company, presents a seminar on event technology. Kerr’s talk will show the benefits of digital in engaging an audience, but will also highlight the perils brought by distraction.
