Next year’s Arabian Travel Market will be significantly larger than previous editions, Hotelier Middle East is reporting.
Due to increased exhibitor demand, an extra hall has been added to the floor plan, which now exceeds 23,500 square metres of exhibition space.
According to organizer Reed Travel Exhibitions, this represents a 5.8 percent increase in floor space for next year’s event, which will be held from May 5-8, 2014 at the Dubai International Convention & Exhibition Centre. Reed Travel Exhibitions portfolio director Mark Walsh noted that the most demand for floor space was coming from Middle East businesses.
Demand from Middle East exhibitors up 11 percent, Europe up by 7 percent and travel technology and hotels rising by 8 percent and 7 percent respectively.
