Our entertainment company just spent 14 marvelous days in Istanbul entertaining people during the Istanbul Tulip Festival. Our various walk about companies did a wonderful job performing about 3 to 4 times a day under the sparkling sun of Istanbul. The Tulip festival takes place in different parts of Istanbul. Istanbul strengthens its position in Top 10 of ICCA Rankings

Istanbul has been ranked 8th in the top 10 of ICCA Rankings, according to 2013 data. ICCA, the International Congress and Convention Association, announced 2013 Rankings for cities and countries. Istanbul uplifted its position within the Top 10 rankings. According to the data released by ICCA, Turkey has been ranked 8th with 146 congresses in 2013. This result points to a 14% rise in comparison to 2012 in which 128 events had been held. If congresses with more than 300 to 500 guests are taken into account, Istanbul ranked 1st, leaving capitals like Paris, Berlin and London behind. Istanbul hosted 80 important congresses in 2013 with more than 300 guests, while Paris hosted 73, Singapore 70, Berlin 64 and London 63. Moreover, Istanbul hosted 49 events with more than 500 delegates. Meanwhile Singapore hosted 44, Paris 41 and Berlin 37 in 2013. On this TV show we sent over twelve different acts and performers each week for a period of three months. This Turkish show was a great success broadcasted on the ShowTV channel. Anyway, we have not really waited for this TV show to start working in Turkey. Our entertainment agency was already well-known in Istanbul and Ankara where we worked on several weddings, product launches and mall opening ceremonies. We delivered corporate entertainment to various big Turkish companies as well to shopping centers who regularly call us for our exclusives shows and acts. We also have a strong relationship with several Turkish events planner agencies who regularly call us for new and original performers. Cirque Du Soleil pays tribute to Michael Jackson in Istanbul

he three-day visual extravaganza “Michael Jackson: The Immortal World Tour” by Cirque Du Soleil starts today in Istanbul’s Ülker Arena and will continue through March 16 and 17 with five shows. The unique performances of Cirque du Soleil have attracted a wide audience in Turkey, Anatolia news agency reported Pozitif Live Vice General Manager Orçun Ejder as saying at a press conference for the event held March 13 at the Edition Hotel in Istanbul. Ejder cited this reason for bringing the group back to Turkey. “The show brings Jackson’s perfectionist approach and Cirque du Soleil dancers’ entertainment,” Art Director Tara Young said, “We are proud of our show. If Jackson could see this show, he would be very proud as well.” Young said there are 49 artists in the show from 17 different countries as well as more than 30 musicians that worked with Jackson for more than 5 years. “This makes our show authentic.
