Some of Britain’s most famous broadcasters are blazing a trail in the Middle East, chairing conferences and hosting awards ceremonies in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Household-name television news presenters, such as former BBC HardTalk presenter Tim Sebastian and Channel 4 News Washington correspondent Matt Frei, have become highly sought-after comperes for corporate functions in the region. The new trend comes as UK companies, especially publishing firms, increasingly stage events in the Middle East, where many of their readers are now based. CLICC – The new London event solution for over 2,000 delegates

Two iconic London venues have joined forces to offer one of the largest spaces in central London for association and corporate events. CLICC – Central London International Conference Centres – is a joint initiative from The Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre (QEIICC) and next door venue, Central Hall Westminster (CHW). The two venues are only separated by a 125m2 outdoor square and lawn and can now be hired together to provide event space for up to 2,160 people theatre style in one room.
