We work on big events but also on smaller ones. It was the case for example with this kids Christmas show. We had the opportunity to play one of our favorite small Christmas show in Monte-Carlo. The event took place at the Hotel Le Méridien located by the sea for one of the numerous banks in Monaco. Ideally located within walking distance of Monaco’s most renowned tourist attractions, Le Méridien Beach Plaza hotel is the most serene place to stay in Monte Carlo, in a chic and contemporary atmosphere. The kids show lasted for 40 minutes and ended with the arrival of Santa Claus and of course numerous presents for all kids.

Our performers agency worked at home this past week-end in Monaco. Each year, the city of Monaco is setting up its Christmas village on the port with numerous chalets selling food as well as Christmas souvenirs. It was the perfect timing for our Christmas stilt walkers to entertain all visitors. 5 of our white and luminous stilts walkers including Santa Claus were walking around on the port in the heart of Monte-Carlo. An IET Venues survey showed significant change in trends, with 58% of event planners booking Christmas parties 6-12 months in advance. In a survey that was put to 100 event planners, almost two thirds of them said they begin planning their Christmas party 6-12 months before the actual date. This is in comparison to research carried out in 2010 which found that only 6% of event planners started planning the Christmas party more than a year in advance. In previous years it was common for organisations to leave booking the Christmas party to the last minute in order to secure the best deals. However, it appears that their focus has been drawn away from cost-saving strategies. Some 35% of the survey also stated that getting the venue right is the most important factor.
