Shadow Show for Abu Dhabi Qasr al Hosn festival 2015

From February 11th to 21st, 2015 took place the Qasr al Hosn festival in Abu Dhabi.   For this very special festival, one of the most important one in Abu Dhabi, our SHADOW MOTION team created a unique shadow show.   The show wasd called “Elements of Abu Dhabi“. As the festival described it: Through the medium of shadow, a group of skilled performers create a captivating show that represents the landscape and stories of Abu Dhabi: Desert, Sea and Oasis.   Inspired by Emirati culture, atmospheric projections, a mood-driven soundscape and spoken word poetry unite to create a rhythmic canvas to project an expressive story of heritage.   As last year, the city of Abu Dhabi asked Franco Dragone for a show, Talents & Productions is proud to have worked on one of the most important show with his great shadow team: SHADOW MOTION.   Soon a video clip will follow as well as more pictures…

Almost an entire month spent at the Abu Dhabi Ferrari World with some great entertainment.   From December 18th, 2014 to January 10th, 2015 we had some of our performers to perform on the very known Yas Island in Abu Dhabi.   Yas Island s a man-made island and it can be reached by car, sea, plane or boat. It occupies a total land area of 2,500 ha and holds the Yas Marina Circuit, which has hosted the Formula One Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix since 2009.   The LIVING SNOW GLOBE made a strong impression in Abu Dhabi and we are pretty sure we will soon be back with some other great entertainment.

World’s Top Tour Operators In Abu Dhabi For Grand Prix

Twenty of the world’s top tour operators are in Abu Dhabi as part of an intensive campaign to woo them over to the emirate.   The operators – from Italy, the USA, France, UK, China, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Germany, India and Australia – are being hosted in the emirate by Abu Dhabi Tourism & Culture Authority (TCA Abu Dhabi), which is looking to build next year’s hotel guest arrivals to over the 2.8 million mark – up from this year’s expected 2.5 million.   “These are powerful decision makers within the travel and tourism sector and we want them to fully understand the sheer breadth of our expanded destination offering which has grown exponentially over the past 18 months and is now a vibrant leisure proposition for a diverse target market,” said HE Jasem Al Darmaki, Deputy Director General, TCA Abu Dhabi.   The tour operators are on a five-day destination familiarisation tour of the emirate before joining TCA leaders for the 2013 Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix on November 3.   “We are leveraging the emirate’s headline event to demonstrate clearly to the tour operators the destination’s assets and attractions and major events credentials,” added Al […]
