Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa, Kuwait’s idyllic resort, showcased its culinary arts at the third edition of HORECA Kuwait 2014. The event is an exhibition for the hospitality and catering industries across Kuwait and was organised by the Leaders Group in cooperation with Hospitality Services Company. Colleagues from across the hotel won 51 awards in several different categories, proving all-around expertise.
Christopher Curtis, Executive Chef of Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa, led a team of chefs that represented the hotel in the competition. He said: “The culinary arts competition at this year’s edition of HORECA Kuwait has been the perfect platform for chefs to showcase and develop their skills in cooking.
