The event agency organised the opening and closing parties for the two-day 2013 President’s Summit, the highlight of the nutrition giant’s worldwide event calendar in late March, which featured guests from more than 80 countries.
However, the event was hit by Eurostar cancellations, caused by a faulty overhead power cable in France, and freak snow showers across Europe.
The events, however, took place as planned at Porte de Versaille, themed with the slogan ‘A World of Opportunities’.
The venue was Paris-themed with 3D buildings, tree-lined avenues, a waterfall and an Eiffel Tower replica. Guests were entertained by street artists as they made their way to the main area, transformed into the Moulin Rouge.
