Instagram is one of the most popular photo sharing social networks and has gained large adoption in the events industry. Our attendees are using it at every event and in everyday life. But how are we facilitating this at our events? And how can we further integrate this tool at our events?
One of the great things about Instagram is that it allows you to tag your photos using hashtags – similar to Twitter. This is an easy way to collect all of your images from your event and see what your attendees are taking. I think more people could leverage this by simply sharing the event hashtag before, during and after the event and then collecting all the photos for people to share.
